📋 Description

• Take construction software solutions to the next level through design • Own design tasks from wireframing through implementation • Work closely with the design systems team to create consistent and scalable designs • Apply Lean UX principles and iteratively improve designs through feedback and data • Participate in workshops and connect business requirements with user needs • Conduct user research and incorporate findings into design decisions • Plan and conduct usability tests • Use prototypes to gather feedback and optimize user flows • Analyze event-tracking data together with the product team • Identify behavioral patterns and optimize user flows and design elements • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders • Communicate design ideas and insights and integrate them into the development process

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer • Strong portfolio demonstrating design solutions and their impact • Experience with Lean UX methods and agile development processes • Knowledge of and experience working with design systems • Strong proficiency in Figma • Familiarity with Dovetail or similar tools for organizing and analyzing user research data • Experience with usability testing, ideally using tools such as Maze or similar platforms • Familiarity with event-tracking data and the ability to integrate data insights into the design process • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
