• Campaign management: planning and managing Social Ads campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google and TikTok — with a focus on our corporate marketing. • Creating creatives, audience-targeted copywriting and funnel building. • Implementing creative ideas for digital campaigns, developing new formats and testing innovative approaches. • Ongoing analysis of market trends and competitors to optimize visibility, traffic and conversion rates. • Analysis of relevant KPIs and continuous campaign optimization with regard to budget efficiency and lead quality. • Active contribution to the marketing strategy in collaboration with our Performance Marketing team.
• Professional experience in social media marketing and ideally content creation. • Technical know-how with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, Figma, Adobe (Creative Cloud) or comparable tools. • Creative sensibility for social media trends, strong copywriting skills and a good eye for design. • Initiative and openness to new tools, ideas and innovative approaches. • Very good German language skills, spoken and written.
