• Support in identifying potential acquisition targets through market analysis, industry trends, and the competitive landscape • Assist in due diligence processes to evaluate companies • Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports for stakeholders • Support the team with administrative tasks and project management
• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Finance, Business Informatics, or a related field • Some prior experience in Finance, Consulting, Business Development, or M&A • Experience in the IT services sector is a plus • Strong motivation, initiative, and team spirit • Excellent written and verbal German and English skills • Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Ideally based in Munich or Frankfurt; fully remote is also possible
