📋 Description

• Build, optimize, and scale email/SMS flows and campaigns • Design post-purchase and LTV journeys that drive true repeat demand • Manage segmentation, behavioral triggers, predictive audiences • Maintain balanced flow vs campaign revenue share • Maintain list health & deliverability (non-negotiable expectation) • Analyze performance across Klaviyo, Shopify, and Hiro Analytics • Identify opportunities linked to LTV growth, repeat rate, and time-to-second-order • Present account insights clearly — what happened and why it matters • Provide inputs that help Growth Strategists scale profitably • Run meaningful, hypothesis-driven tests • Every test includes: hypothesis, success metric, and decision timeline • Document findings into team playbooks and best practices • Build trust and rapport with clear, strategic communication • Lead retention strategy meetings • Provide forward planning and strategic clarity • Support cross-channel alignment for unified growth outcomes • Share insights, elevate peers, and contribute to teamwide improvement • Stay ahead of platform changes and evolving lifecycle benchmarks

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years hands-on eCommerce Email/SMS experience • 2+ years inside Klaviyo (flows, segmentation, deliverability, testing) • Proven results increasing LTV, repeat rate, or flow revenue contribution • Experience managing lists of 50k–100k+ • Ability to analyze cohorts, retention curves, and order behavior • Strong ability to brief copy/design clearly • Superior communication — written & verbal • Strong prioritization and ability to manage multiple accounts • Calm, mature, coachable, accountable • Team player (we elevate one another)
