📋 Description

• Develop and execute B2B demand generation strategies to drive qualified pipeline • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid, email, content, and events • Partner with sales and marketing teams to align on pipeline goals and lead quality • Build and manage lead generation funnels, including landing pages, forms, and nurture flows • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for conversion and ROI • Collaborate on content strategy to support demand generation efforts (e.g., whitepapers, webinars, case studies) • Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives where relevant • Identify new opportunities to improve acquisition, engagement, and pipeline velocity

🎯 Requirements

• Strong foundation in B2B demand generation and pipeline marketing • Experience building and optimizing multi-channel campaigns • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action • Experience partnering closely with sales teams to drive revenue outcomes • Comfort working across different industries, audiences, and go-to-market motions • Strong project management and communication skills
