📋 Description

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned to brand and growth goals • Identify, vet, and manage relationships with creators and influencers across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) • Lead outreach, negotiation, and contract management with creators • Plan and execute campaigns, including product seeding, paid partnerships, and long-term ambassador programs • Collaborate with content, paid, and social teams to amplify influencer content • Track and analyze campaign performance, including engagement, reach, and conversion metrics • Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend • Stay up to date on platform trends, creator landscape shifts, and emerging opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in influencer or creator marketing across B2C, B2B, or D2C brands • Proven ability to build and scale influencer programs • Experience managing creator relationships and negotiations • Understanding of platform-specific trends and best practices • Ability to balance brand storytelling with performance-driven outcomes • Experience tracking and reporting on campaign performance • Strong organizational and communication skills • Comfort working across different industries and brand voices
