📋 Description

• Develop and execute organic social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube) • Create and manage content calendars aligned to brand and growth goals • Produce or collaborate on engaging content including posts, short-form video, and series-based content • Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and platform optimization • Engage with audiences through comments, DMs, and community interactions • Build and nurture online communities to increase engagement and brand loyalty • Monitor social trends and platform updates to inform content strategy • Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in organic social media management across either B2C, B2B, or D2C brands • Proven ability to grow engagement, audience, and brand presence • Experience with community management and audience interaction • Understanding of platform-specific best practices and trends • Ability to balance creative storytelling with performance-driven outcomes • Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, native analytics) • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Comfort working across different industries and brand voices
