📋 Description

• Conduct telephone interviews with people for reputable nationwide studies • Conduct telephone surveys using a predefined questionnaire • Carry out studies on radio listening, quality of life, sustainability, travel and holiday behavior, and healthy eating • Collect opinions that contribute to the development of products or services and inform public decision-making • Choose your own working hours within the specified time periods • Aim to work 6–9 hours per week • Work at least 3 consecutive hours per shift • Participate in coaching sessions and training • Implement feedback from supervisors

🎯 Requirements

• Very good German language skills • You should live in Germany • At least 18 years of age • Residence permit (non-EU citizens only) • No other secondary employment • Enjoy speaking on the phone and interacting with people • Friendly and personable telephone manner • Clear and articulate pronunciation • Confident telephone presence • Flexibility, team spirit, reliability, and commitment • Careful and accurate working style • Good PC skills • No experience required
