📋 Description

• You will conduct telephone interviews for reputable nationwide studies in Germany on topics such as radio listening, quality of life, sustainability, travel and vacation behavior, and healthy eating. • If you enjoy speaking on the phone, are willing to interview people using a provided questionnaire, and have good German language skills, you can start with us as a telephone interviewer in market and social research. • Through our telephone surveys we give opinions a voice and help ensure they are considered in the development of products and services and in public decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Enjoyment of telephone work and interacting with people • A friendly, likeable telephone manner • Clear and articulate pronunciation • Confident telephone presence • Flexibility, team spirit, reliability, and commitment • Careful and accurate working style • Minimum age: 18 years • Good computer skills • You should be resident in Germany • Because this role is offered as a mini-job, a residence permit (only for non-EU citizens) is required. No additional secondary employment is necessary.
