📋 Description

• Conduct telephone interviews with people for reputable nationwide studies in Germany • Conduct telephone interviews using a predefined questionnaire • Carry out surveys on topics such as radio listening habits, quality of life, sustainability, travel and vacation behavior, and healthy nutrition • Gather opinions that may contribute to the development of products or services and inform public decision-making • Participate in coaching sessions and training • Receive feedback from supervisors on telephone interviewing and interactions with respondents

🎯 Requirements

• Enjoy talking on the phone and interacting with people • A friendly and pleasant telephone manner • Clear and articulate pronunciation • Confidence when speaking on the phone • Flexibility, team spirit, reliability, and commitment • A careful and precise approach to work • At least 18 years old • Good computer skills • Must reside in Germany • Residence permit required for non-EU citizens • No other secondary employment
