📋 Description

• We are actively seeking an experienced Director, Professional and Managed Services • The role will report directly to our NAMER, Senior Director Professional and Managed Services • The Role will be base in Pacific Timezone - US, ideally within commuting distance of one of our regional hubs • The role will require periodic travel as necessary (expected +50%) across the Region to meet with prospects and clients • Engage in oversite, not management, of ServiceNow and/or Salesforce projects to assist with value, quality, and targeted outcomes • Demonstrate skills in Consultative Selling approach to business development • Collaborate with Professional Services leadership to engage in continuous improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow &/or Salesforce products and/or project implementations • Solid knowledge and understanding of ServiceNow’s ERP Modernization capability and delivery approach preferred • Aware of and experience in guiding through Information Security risks • Proven experience in selling ServiceNow professional services Projects and contributing to solutions for clients • Experience in Pre-sales being able to build business plans including revenue projections, expenses, present and future value calculations • Demonstrated experience in developing proposals and presenting solutions to clients • Excellent fluency in English both written and verbal • Superb trouble-shooting skills and tenacity in problem solving • Passionate focus on customer support and the ability to build long term, successful working relationships with Clients • Good understanding of ERP and SaaS Industry Solutions • Solution selling trained and / or certified • Value-based selling trained and/or certified
