âą Deploy global marketing strategy in line with business objectives for the ANZ region âą Manage brand management and corporate identity in the region âą Generate interest, drive sales leads and accelerate existing opportunities âą Work closely with corporate and global marketing teams to roll out corporate campaigns in the region âą Execute field-marketing programs âą Direct and manage all marketing for the region and activities within the marketing department âą Strategize and implement the optimal mix of marketing programs for ANZ âą Oversee and manage execution of marketing events in the region âą Collaborate with corporate marketing teams to roll out campaigns and lead nurturing for ANZ âą Facilitate lead distribution and follow up
âą Bachelor's degree required, MBA is a plus; Major in marketing or communications preferred âą 10 years of leadership experience in marketing, with 7+ years of B-to-B technology marketing âą Direct experience in marketing management âą Ability to build, lead and manage team âą Strategic, highly self-motivated individual who enjoys working under limited supervision âą Tenacious problem solver with a strong work ethic, sense of urgency and desire to succeed âą Strong drive to action and results orientation âą Creative marketer with strong written, editing and oral communication skills âą Attention to detail with an ability to meet tight timelines while maintaining a positive attitude âą Ability to work and communicate with varied groups including executive management, customers, media, and internal teams âą Demonstrated lead generation results that translated into sales revenue âą Ability to prioritize, multi-task and produce results in a start-up environment âą Understand how to leverage technology in marketing processes, including marketing automation, salesforce, Adobe creative suite, Microsoft office, and similar tools.
