âą Oversee daily office operations to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency âą Maintain office systems, including filing, supply inventory, and equipment maintenance âą Organize and coordinate office layout to ensure a safe, clean, and productive workspace âą Maintain and update employee records and office policies âą Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for executives or teams âą Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails âą Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed âą Assist in onboarding new employees, including organizing orientation and training sessions specially for big groups of new hires âą Monitor and track office budgets, expenses, and accounts payable/receivable âą Plan and coordinate internal events, meetings, and team-building activities âą Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
âą Bachelorâs degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (preferred) âą Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role at least for 2 years âą Excellent organizational and multitasking skills âą Strong written and verbal communication abilities âą Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software âą Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude âą Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
