âą Solve complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge of SAP ABAP as used in various applications functionality and technology. âą Work closely with customers daily to understand their needs, support business change and deliver consistently high-quality customer experience. âą Provide remote-based ABAP support. âą Support client customizations, sharing implementation and best practices advice. âą Develop application break fixes for critical product defects. âą Create scripts to identify, analyze and correct data issues. âą Manage one or more key assigned accounts as a technical/functional advisor. âą Provide hands-on assistance using proprietary tools in a test environment or via remote client connectivity. âą Collaborate with team members in a virtual team environment to extend field experience to different client situations.
âą 12+ years relevant ABAP experience âą Skills in Functional ABAP based troubleshooting âą Skills in Client facing support âą Analytical, logical problem resolution skills âą Knowledge of localizations: architecture, implementation, and key functionality âą Expertise with S/4 Hana including full life-cycle implementation experience âą 5+ years of direct support of application end-users in a corporate environment âą Must be able to speak, read and write English. Speaking, reading and writing another language fluently is desirable.
