📋 Description

• Engage with clients and/or prospects to identify and assess SAP license or support policy concerns. • Provide detailed guidance regarding SAP audit processes and address client audit/compliance concerns. • Articulate possible SAP licensing or vendor support options and considerations. • Analyze and report on SAP license usage and provide asset management guidance using industry leading software asset management solutions. • Build rapport with Rimini Street client-facing teams and become the trusted advisor on SAP license or support policy questions. • Keep apprised of industry and vendor activities or policy changes in the SAP license space.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years client facing experience in IT and/or software asset management, consulting, and/or audit. • Fluent English • 3-5 years' experience with SAP license audit, SAP contracts, or SAP asset management. • Deep understanding on SAP license audit process and compliance risk mitigation techniques. • Expert level knowledge on SAP license metrics, products, entitlements, and contract terms. • Experience with use of one or more software asset management tools. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PPT, Word). • Ability to speak and instill confidence with a range of client roles from the C-suite down to the system administrator.
