📋 Description

• Conduct visits and promotional activities with current and potential clients for prospecting, as well as present technical details about the offered product/service; • Identify more attractive ways to offer the product/service to customers, in accordance with brand standards and guidelines; • Seek partnerships with digital influencers in the segment, focusing on improving brand image and growth; • Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities, challenges and necessary adjustments to trade marketing strategies; • Collaborate with the commercial team, distributors, resellers and representatives on customer technical questions and clarifications; • Monitor and report to the commercial team on price variations of similar products/services, competitor promotions and business conditions, as well as campaign and sales activity performance; • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues or challenges, collaborating with other departments as needed; • Participate in presentations, trade shows and events, demonstrating/explaining technical aspects of the offered product/service, as well as tracking trends and establishing valuable contacts; • Take part in product promotion meetings, reporting on the situation or profile of your territory/area of responsibility, including making relevant suggestions; • Complete reports indicating visits and collected data (form and CRM); • Prepare reports on the performance of marketed products and services (feedback, suggestions, complaints and product development); • Keep activity controls up to date, maintaining a clear view of critical points and acting to ensure measures are taken in advance; • Develop incentive campaigns together with distributor/applicator clients; • Organize field visit itineraries

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management or Communication; • Must reside in São Paulo or nearby, since the role will be based in the city; • Experience in the automotive sector; • Customer service experience; • Valid driver's license (Category B); • Availability to travel and attend events on weekends.
