• 6+ years of general work experience • 4+ years of recruitment or sourcing experience • 1+ years experience working with experienced senior leaders • Confident & curious communicator with a wide breadth of leadership across director, VP & CxO-levels. • Building impactful relationships is in your ethos. • Nice to have: • A passion for marketing & community management related work • 1+ years work experience in social impact/doing good in the world • AI utilization that enhances candidate sourcing & engagement
• Competitive Compensation & Benefits: Earn a salary of $168,000 with robust benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) + employer match, holidays, flexible PTO, wellness, and remote-work stipends. While Rippleworks has one global salary structure, the salary listed here reflects employees on US payroll.
