• Own a defined slice of the student journey: shape problems, test ideas, and ship features that students will feel immediately. • Translate insights from research, interviews, and data into clear priorities, user stories, and specs. • Partner with Design and Engineering to turn manual workflows into intuitive, digital-first experiences. • Coordinate closely with cross-functional partners (Student Success, Marketing, Operations, and external vendors) to ensure alignment, resolve blockers, and deliver on time. • Drive project management for your area: set timelines, run stand-ups, track dependencies, and keep stakeholders updated on progress. • Define success metrics, run experiments, analyze results, and iterate quickly. • Support the productization of processes, turning repeatable workflows into scalable, technology-enabled solutions. • Advocate for clarity, inclusivity, and efficiency in every student interaction.
• 2–3 years of experience in product management or adjacent roles in consumer tech or product-led B2B SaaS • Evidence of shipping features or end-to-end experiences that made an impact. • Strong analytical skills and comfort with product analytics, experimentation, and iteration. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align design, engineering, and stakeholders under changing constraints. • A student-first mindset, passion for transforming education, and eagerness to learn how AI can unlock better outcomes. • Bonus: exposure to higher education, service-oriented journeys, or AI-enabled workflows.
