📋 Description

• Develop and execute community engagement strategy across Reddit, Discord, TikTok, forums, and peer networks • Spark and sustain authentic dialogue • Monitor sentiment, surface FAQs, and translate insights into actionable recommendations • Partner with internal teams to align messaging • Define, track, and report KPIs including sentiment, engagement quality, and trust signals • Collaborate with Field and Integrated Marketing to design and pilot new ways to foster community conversations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field • 5-7 years in social media, digital marketing, or community management • Expertise in third-party communities (Reddit, Discord, TikTok, forums) • Strong insight mining & social listening skills • Proven track record converting signals into strategy • Empathetic communicator • Cultural fluency • Familiarity with FTC disclosure norms and COPPA/FERPA boundaries • Experience with moderation, AMA facilitation, or creator partnerships • Familiarity with social listening tools and taxonomy design
