📋 Description
• Lead the planning, scoping, execution, and delivery of multiple large-scale projects simultaneously • Collaborate with Sr. Manager, Director, VP, and ELT-level stakeholders across multiple business functions • Directly manage a team of 3–6 project managers and project management specialists • Develop project documentation including roadmaps, workflows, status reports, and dashboards • Champion adoption and continuous improvement of project management and creative optimization tools
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of advanced experience in project or program management • 3+ years managing website and digital marketing projects; solid understanding of web project and digital marketing campaign workflows • 3+ years of experience as a people manager • Proven ability to develop scalable processes, create SOPs, and optimize workflows • Advanced proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Teams)
