📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex enterprise programs involving multiple business units and stakeholders. • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, tracking milestones and deliverables using Adobe Workfront. • Oversee and coordinate the work of contract project managers to ensure alignment with overall program goals. • Dive into project-level detail when needed to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and remove blockers. • Collaborate with executive sponsors, department leads, and technical teams to ensure program success. • Manage program-level reporting and communications to stakeholders and leadership. • Establish and uphold governance structures and best practices for program and project execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program/project management with a track record of leading large, cross-functional enterprise initiatives. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. • Experience managing teams or contractors, with excellent leadership and collaboration skills. • Proficiency in Adobe Workfront or similar project portfolio management tools. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • PMP, PgMP , or other relevant certifications are a plus.
