• Convert prospects into active, funded users on the app. • Secure collaborations with local SMEs, cooperatives, and campus groups. • Identify and run local marketing events and activations. • Educate users to ensure they maintain a minimum 3-month funding streak.
🎯 Requirements
• 2 to 4 years of experience. • Deeply familiar with the local terrain, culture, and business networks in your location. • Warm, persuasive, and able to explain financial concepts simply. • Comfortable with outbound field sales and handling customer objections. • Backgrounds in Finance, English, or Communications are highly preferred.
