📋 Description
• Lead the Enterprise Solutions Engineering team • Play a key role in shaping the future of the team, its structure, and its technical direction • Support integrations and scale technology to meet evolving client and business needs • Lead and mentor software engineers and technical leads across multiple projects • Partner with leadership to restructure and evolve the team • Own the technical roadmap for enterprise solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, implementation, and client success teams • Drive agile development practices, code quality standards, and continuous improvement • Oversee integrations with third-party platforms and internal systems • Manage resource planning, hiring, and team development • Provide technical leadership in architecture, design reviews, and strategic planning • Ensure alignment with compliance, data privacy, and security standards • Perform all other job-related duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in software development • 5+ years in a leadership role • Proven success managing enterprise-grade software projects and engineering teams • Strong background in system architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.), and modern development frameworks • Experience with integration platforms, APIs, and enterprise data workflows • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
