📋 Description

• Take full end-to-end ownership of a specific product stream, including the post-FTD funnel, loyalty program, quests, tournaments, or gamification mechanics • Lead the full lifecycle of ideas: identify data bottlenecks, form hypotheses, model unit economics, account for platform limits, align with the founder, drive delivery, and evaluate post-release results • Focus on tangible business impact and core metrics • Find viable technical workarounds without rewriting core backend architecture • Coordinate execution from concept sign-off through production release • Conduct rigorous A/B test evaluation

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of slots math (RTP, volatility), live casino, tournaments, top providers, and Tier-1 payment/KYC flows • Confidence with core metrics (FTD, NGR, LTV, Churn) and unit economics • Ability to independently build funnels, run cohort analysis, write basic SQL queries, and interpret A/B tests • Understanding of client-server architecture, APIs, and webhooks • Ability to write crystal-clear PRDs with covered edge cases • Practical experience with backlog prioritization frameworks (RICE/ICE) • Experience scoping down to MVP • Experience wireframing flows in Figma or Miro
