📋 Description

• Contribute to the product roadmap and strategic planning for the product line • Identify opportunities, initiatives, and epics that deliver customer and business value • Balance priorities between new functionality, technical improvements, and maintenance requirements • Recommend product enhancements based on market and customer feedback • Participate in release planning, target-date definition, and release packaging • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Care teams • Support development of internal training materials and product enablement resources • Create and maintain product and domain-related content • Act as the voice of the customer throughout the software development lifecycle • Partner with cross-functional development teams in an Agile environment • Define user personas, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Manage and prioritize product backlogs to maximize business value • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives • Monitor and communicate product progress using Agile metrics and reporting • Support release planning, forecasting, and continuous product improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or a similar product-focused role • Experience working with Agile software development teams • Proven ability to manage product backlogs, prioritize competing requirements, and deliver customer-focused solutions • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into actionable product deliverables • Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or other B2B software environments • Fluent English communication skills • Experience with Environmental, Sustainability, ESG, EHS, or Health & Safety solutions • Understanding of environmental compliance, emissions tracking, waste management, or sustainability reporting • Experience working with globally distributed teams
