📋 Description

• Develop and execute manual and automated test plans for web and backend systems (desktop project + adaptive mobile) • Design, set up, and maintain the test automation framework (flexible stack – Java, Python, or other suitable technologies) • Ensure product quality across user flows: sign-up, checkout, payments, orders, and booster dashboards • Define and maintain test documentation in QASE: test cases, bug reports, release checklists • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across web and APIs • Use Postman and Swagger for API testing • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria • Identify risks and proactively suggest improvements to QA processes and release pipelines • Own the QA process end-to-end: from planning to release validation and post-launch monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of QA experience • At least 2+ years in e-commerce, marketplace, or gaming platforms • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing types, and best practices • Hands-on experience with test automation (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Postman) • Experience designing, setting up, and maintaining test automation frameworks (Java, Python, or other) • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git • Experience with bug tracking/documentation tools (Asana, Confluence) • Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger) • Experience maintaining test documentation in QASE (test cases, bug reports, release checklists) • Knowledge of PostgreSQL for database validation • Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes • Solid understanding of payment flows, cart/checkout, and order management systems • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with ability to reproduce complex bugs • Excellent communication skills in Russian and English, both written and spoken • Nice-to-have: Experience testing gaming platforms, in-game marketplaces, or boosting services • Nice-to-have: Performance/load testing experience (JMeter, Locust) • Nice-to-have: Previous startup or high-growth marketplace experience
