📋 Description

• Analyze marketing and brand performance across key geographies • Track brand dynamics, campaign effectiveness, and channel contribution • Collaborate with research agencies: set tasks, ensure research quality, interpret results • Prepare regular reports and presentations for the team and shareholders • Build systems for data collection, storage, and visualization (dashboards, BI systems) • Automate data collection and analysis processes, implement best practices • Forecasting and scenario modeling: develop “what-if” models to evaluate how changes in budget or media mix impact business results • Conduct competitive analysis and trend tracking: monitor competitors’ activities and identify opportunities for brand growth • Form strategic recommendations: translate analytics into clear insights and actionable plans to optimize budgets, channels, and content.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analytics or marketing intelligence • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets • Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar) • Experience working with research data and understanding brand metrics (awareness, consideration, NPS, equity, etc.) • Knowledge of modern effectiveness measurement methods: attribution, MMM, incrementality testing • Experience preparing reports for top management/board level • Strong system thinking, attention to detail, ability to translate numbers into business meaning • English level: Upper-Intermediate+ • Experience collaborating with research agencies (set tasks, ensure research quality, interpret results) • Nice to have: Experience in entertainment, digital products, or other fast-paced industries • Nice to have: Knowledge of SQL or Python for advanced analytics • Nice to have: Experience in building automated reports
