• Develop and optimize promotional, trigger-based, and transactional communications • Enhance existing and explore new customer communication channels (email, push, SMS, in-app) • Work with key metrics: Retention Rate, Reactivation Rate, MAU, DAU, Bonus Rate • Audience segmentation: cohorts and user groups • Configure and launch bonus and promo mechanics tailored for different audiences • Create and validate hypotheses to improve company performance • Automate successful tests and scale proven solutions • Collaborate closely with internal teams: content, analytics, marketing
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ year of experience in the gambling industry (casino / sports betting) as a CRM / Retention Manager • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data • Adaptability, responsibility, flexibility • Readiness to work in a high-load, fast-paced environment • Knowledge of and ability to navigate sports events (football, UFC, etc.)
