📋 Description

• Develop and execute manual and automated test plans for web and backend systems (desktop project + adaptive mobile). • Design, set up, and maintain the test automation framework (flexible stack – Java, Python, or other suitable technologies). • Ensure product quality across user flows: sign-up, checkout, payments, orders, and booster dashboards. • Define and maintain test documentation in QASE: test cases, bug reports, release checklists. • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across web and APIs. • Use Postman and Swagger for API testing. • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria. • Identify risks and proactively suggest improvements to QA processes and release pipelines. • Own the QA process end-to-end: from planning to release validation and post-launch monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of QA experience, with at least 2+ years in e-commerce, marketplace, or gaming platforms. • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing types, and best practices. • Hands-on experience with test automation (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Postman). • Design, set up, and maintain test automation frameworks (Java, Python, or other technologies). • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git. • Experience with bug tracking/documentation tools (Asana, Confluence). • Knowledge of PostgreSQL for database validation. • Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes. • Solid understanding of payment flows, cart/checkout, and order management systems. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to reproduce complex bugs. • Excellent communication skills in Russian and English, both written and spoken. • Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger). • Experience with QASE test documentation. • Nice-to-have: Experience testing gaming platforms, in-game marketplaces, or boosting services. • Nice-to-have: Background in performance/load testing (JMeter, Locust). • Nice-to-have: Previous startup or high-growth marketplace experience.
