📋 Description
• Partner with legal team to support commercial needs • Provide counsel on legal matters to HR and other teams • Review and prepare complex commercial agreements • Interaction with global outside counsel as needed • Support legal team leaders on team processes
🎯 Requirements
• JD or equivalent law degree required • Licensed to practice law in applicable jurisdiction • Experience addressing cross-border legal issues • Excellent writing and negotiation skills • Knowledge of data privacy and IP issues
