🎯 Requirements
• UK qualified attorney • Minimum of 4-6 years PQE • Experience with B2B contracts • Experience in the software industry or technology company • Strong negotiation skills • Working knowledge of data privacy and security requirements (desirable) • Experienced in intellectual property issues (desirable) • Additional experience in substantive legal areas (desirable) • Experience in a fast-paced/high-growth environment (preferred) • Confident, proactive, and self-disciplined • Team player with a positive attitude
