📋 Description

• Responsible for full cycle global payroll administration • Maintain accuracy of payroll system data to deliver monthly payrolls • Liaise and provide incite for Global Payroll Vendor(s) to ensure accuracy and compliance • Research payroll issues and be a key resource on payroll matters • Work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate with Regional HRBPs, HR Directors, and Finance teams • Support system implementations and integration projects as needed • Serve as a utility player within the global Total Rewards & HR Operations team

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of related professional experience with international, managed payrolls. • Knowledge of payroll taxes, social insurance, pension schemes, and labor laws for multiple countries on a global scale; experience supporting EMEA and APAC payrolls preferred • Hands-on HR systems experience; Workday experience preferred • Understanding of business and financial programs and terminologies; experience with Payroll accounting preferred • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ex. pivot tables, v-lookups, complex formulas, etc.) • Analytical and consultative capabilities to “story tell”, both simple and complex information to a directed and/or wide audience in both written and oral form • Crisp attention to detail; creative problem solving and troubleshooting skills • Ability to work with pressing deadlines, manage time, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate flexibility with changing priorities
