📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET 6+/Core) • Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Functions, AKS, Service Bus, SQL, Storage, and Key Vault • Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps • Promote DevOps best practices across teams • Provide technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, and architectural guidance • Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Ensure high standards for code quality, security, performance, reliability, and observability • Lead troubleshooting of complex production issues and drive root cause analysis and remediation • Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers • Contribute to hiring and onboarding • Continuously improve engineering practices, tooling, and delivery processes

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET) • Proven experience designing and delivering cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure • Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines, releases, work item integration) • Solid experience with distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and microservices architectures • Strong knowledge of relational databases (Azure SQL/SQL Server) and data access patterns (Entity Framework, Dapper) • Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices (SOLID, clean architecture, automated testing, CI/CD) • Experience leading technical initiatives or acting as a technical owner/lead on projects • Experience working in Agile/Kanban environments • Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, AKS/Kubernetes) preferred • Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, ARM templates, Terraform) preferred • Experience with event-driven architectures (Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubs) preferred • Security and compliance in cloud environments preferred • Observability and monitoring (Application Insights, Azure Monitor) preferred • Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-204, AZ-305) a plus • Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular) a plus
