📋 Description

• Research, write, and edit a variety of technical content, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, product documentation, and technical guides. • Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, engaging, and easily understandable content for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with product features and marketing strategies. • Develop and maintain content for product updates, features, and new releases in collaboration with the product and development teams. • Create playbooks, SOPs, and user guides for internal and external stakeholders. • Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and tools, and incorporate this knowledge into your content. • Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to develop content that addresses customer pain points and highlights the value of our products. • Ensure all content follows brand tone, style, and voice, while maintaining technical accuracy. • Use SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and drive organic traffic. • Assist in creating thought leadership content, including guest posts, webinars, and presentations.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a technical content writer, preferably in the cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology industry. • Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as threat intelligence, incident response, vulnerability management, encryption, etc. • Ability to write for diverse audiences, including technical engineers, IT administrators, and C-level executives. • Strong research skills and the ability to quickly grasp new technical concepts. • Experience creating a wide variety of content, including blogs, white papers, technical guides, product documentation, etc. • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization strategies. • Excellent communication and writing skills, with a keen attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and tools like WordPress, HubSpot, or others. • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
