• 主动跟进客户需求，进行酒店及行程推荐 • 提供专业意见，完成高端酒店及定制行程销售 • 通过邮件及线上工具与客户保持持续沟通 • 协助完成订单确认、修改及后续服务跟进 • 维护客户关系，提升客户满意度与复购率 • 无其他非销售职责
🎯 Requirements
• 热爱国内及国际旅游，对高端酒店行业及预订逻辑有较深入理解(持有国际高端酒店会籍者优先)。 • 学习能力强，学历不限(旅游管理、酒店管理、会计金融背景者优先)。 • 具备销售经验或酒店旅游行业经验(旅行顾问或酒店管理经验优先)。 • 具备一定英文工作能力及良好沟通能力(精通英文、日语或广东话者可分配至海外业务区)。 • 熟练使用 Microsoft 平台(Teams、Outlook、Excel、Word)，具备高效邮件处理能力。 • 品德良好，自律自驱，能够独立在远程环境中开展工作，具备解决问题能力与结果导向思维。
