📋 Description

• Develop a comprehensive training curriculum using instructional design and adult learning principles • Support the creation and delivery of product, corporate, and technical training.Organize and align resources across teams and departments to develop and maintain training regimens. • Cultivate and maintain relationships across multiple job families and functions, understand the needs of each group, and develop tactics and strategies to support them. • Develop, monitor, maintain, and socialize the effectiveness of training efforts to stakeholders throughout the organization. • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in industry trends, applications, and best practices through regular research and continued education. • Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure that attendees and collaborators are engaged and encouraged to participate in training activities. • Create and maintain client-facing in-app videos to support self-service options

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 year of experience creating training and development programs • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and any Learning Management System. • Experience developing comprehensive training curriculum using instructional design and adult learning principles • Experience creating video-based training • Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
