🎯 Requirements
• Minimaal 1 jaar relevante leidinggevende ervaring (zoals floormanager, sleutelhouder, supervisor, teamleider of assistent shopmanager, in retail of commerciële hospitalityomgevingen) • Sterke people management skills • Aantoonbare ervaring met het trainen van teams om gedragsverandering te realiseren • Een talent voor besluitvorming en probleemoplossing
