📋 Description
• Lead, scale, and mature NetSuite services portfolio • Oversee complex NetSuite transformations and drive strategic client outcomes • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and ensure high-quality delivery • Partner with leadership on practice growth and talent development • Build, mentor, and manage Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates • Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development • Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and delivery methodologies
🎯 Requirements
• 10–14 years of experience in ERP or IT consulting • Minimum 7+ years of hands-on NetSuite implementation experience • Proven experience leading full lifecycle, multi-entity NetSuite implementations • Strong background in client-facing leadership, program delivery, and governance • Experience working with US- and Europe-based clients and distributed teams • Deep understanding of finance, accounting, and core business processes • NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant) preferred • PMP, Agile, or similar project/program management certifications preferred • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
