• Lead the design and development of end-to-end learning solutions including eLearning, instructor-led training, microlearning, and blended programs. • Conduct training needs analysis and translate business requirements into learning strategies. • Create instructional design documents, storyboards, and learning blueprints. • Collaborate with SMEs to convert complex content into engaging learning experiences. • Guide graphic designers and eLearning developers during course development. • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM). • Ensure learning effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and evaluation. • Remain hands-on in design and development while mentoring junior instructional designers and reviewing their deliverables. • Own delivery of multiple concurrent learning projects in a fast-paced, high-volume development environment.
• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field • 5-7 years of Instructional Design experience • Experience in corporate L&D environments • Exposure to learning analytics and evaluation frameworks • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
