📋 Description

• The Psychotherapy Supervisor provides clinical social work services with robust psychotherapy treatment modalities to patients through a primarily telehealth environment. • This individual will utilize their expertise as a therapist and leader to collaborate within a dynamic interdisciplinary team that fosters continued learning and growth. • The Supervisor will maintain an average weekly patient standard. • The expectations of a Supervisor include leading a supportive and collaborative weekly supervision group of psychotherapists to mentor, co-sign when needed, provide training, and monitor performance. • All Supervisors also attend twice-monthly meetings to provide feedback on supervisee performance and to receive ongoing supervision and support.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's in Social Work or a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related graduate degree • Five (5)+ years of psychotherapy experience across a wide range of modalities and diverse patient populations and diagnoses • At least (1) one year of Clinical Supervisor experience • Use of psychotherapy modalities for individuals, couples or other niche patient populations preferred • Experience working with Patients in an Outpatient setting • Confidently and efficiently document concurrently within patient sessions • Effectively support a remote-first team with active engagement and positive outcomes • Life skills support/coaching • Electronic health records (EHR) software • Crisis management • Intake evaluation, DSM diagnosis and formation of treatment plans • Behavioral therapy management • Stress management • Multi-disciplinary teamwork • Proficient with utilizing diverse technology platforms and systems (Google Suite, company wide platforms/software and EHR platforms when applicable). • Intermediate computer skills and technical aptitude required.
