📋 Description
• Build systems that turn messy, high-volume data into reliable outputs • Design APIs, own data workflows, and push performance at scale • Ship fast, debug hard problems, and care about correctness • Mentor engineers and raise the bar on code quality • Own major parts of the backend, improving performance and reliability
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years building and owning backend systems in production • Real fluency in Ruby/Rails or Go, ideally both • Experience working with data at scale • Strong instincts for correctness and traceability • Someone who ships • Low ego, high ownership • Nice to have: Background in logistics, supply chain, or freight/parcel economics
