📋 Description

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities • Support the Project Manager in managing budgets, timelines, and subcontractors • Prepare and maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards • Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members to facilitate project execution • Help track project milestones and generate progress reports • Participate in project meetings and take detailed notes • Assist in resolving issues and identifying opportunities for efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 2–4 years of experience in construction or project coordination • Familiarity with construction processes, materials, and safety standards • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
