• Portfolio of creative examples that demonstrate excellent craft and innovative concepts • Focused experience on digital creative execution • Graduate degree in Advertising, Fine Arts, or related fields • PC or Mac proficient • 10+ years’ experience in direct response fundraising for nonprofits preferred • 5+ years’ experience working on accounts for national brands preferred (for-profit, non-profit, or both) • Experience with best practices in offer development for direct response marketing • Experience in concept development and campaign development • Experience in creative development for digital media • Proven success supervising staff.
