• Greet callers with a professional, emotionally grounded, and personable tone • Build rapport through compassion, active listening, and cultural humility • Gather information about callers, their needs, and appropriate routing • Transfer calls to the appropriate team member or team • Collect payments accurately • Log notes and call summaries to the appropriate client matter • Process and sort daily mail • Support administrative functions through projects • Answer 50+ calls per day, return calls, and minimize hold times
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, including speaking, reading, writing, listening, and comprehension • Strong and professional call etiquette using cloud-based VoIP • Capacity to answer 50+ calls per day, return calls, and minimize hold times • Ability to build trust through a warm, compassionate, people-centered approach • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy • Ability to work independently, manage time well, and stay focused in a remote environment • Windows computer required; not Mac • Prior reception experience strongly preferred • Knowledge of CRM and software such as Monday.com, Lawmatics, Microsoft, or similar preferred • Must sign an independent contractor agreement • Responsible for own taxes under Mexican law • 40 project hours per week, Monday-Friday, during U.S. Mountain Time
