📋 Description

• Own the full client lifecycle for a Forex/CFD brand, from first contact through activation, retention, VIP management, and win-back • Design and own CRM strategy across onboarding, first-trade activation, engagement, retention, VIP tiering, and reactivation • Define and continuously refine client segmentation based on trading behaviour, deposit patterns, and lifecycle stage • Build, test, and manage multi-channel automated workflows triggered by client behaviour • Run A/B and multivariate testing on messaging, timing, and offers • Personalise campaigns at scale using behavioural and transactional data • Administer the CRM/marketing automation platform, including workflow builds, integrations, and data hygiene • Build and maintain reporting dashboards for LTV, churn, reactivation rate, campaign performance, and segment engagement • Align automated campaigns with Retention and VIP teams' human-touch outreach • Partner with Compliance to ensure messaging meets regulatory requirements • Collaborate with Sales/Conversion teams on pre-first-deposit lead nurturing flows • Report CRM performance and lifecycle KPIs to senior leadership • Mentor or oversee junior CRM/marketing executives where applicable

🎯 Requirements

• Proven CRM or marketing automation experience within a Forex/CFD company • Hands-on experience with a CRM/marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Braze, or a proprietary forex CRM) • Strong grasp of client segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and behavioural triggers in a trading/financial services context • Based in Cyprus or Israel • Experience designing and owning CRM strategy across onboarding, first-trade activation, engagement, retention, VIP tiering, and reactivation of dormant/churned clients • Experience defining and refining client segmentation based on trading behaviour, deposit patterns, and lifecycle stage • Experience building, testing, and managing multi-channel automated workflows across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging • Experience running A/B and multivariate testing • Experience personalising campaigns using behavioural and transactional data • Experience administering CRM/marketing automation platforms, integrations, and data hygiene • Experience building and maintaining reporting dashboards tracking LTV, churn, reactivation rate, campaign performance, and segment engagement • Experience working with Retention, VIP, Compliance, Sales, and Conversion teams • Experience reporting CRM performance and lifecycle KPIs to senior leadership • Ability to mentor or oversee junior CRM/marketing executives where applicable
