📋 Description

• Drive development of modern web applications and lead a distributed front-end team. • Lead front-end development efforts, focusing on scalable React-based applications. • Define architecture and ensure best practices for performance, accessibility, and code quality. • Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences. • Mentor and guide front-end developers, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence. • Stay up to date with modern front-end tools, libraries, and frameworks, and drive their adoption where relevant.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional front-end development experience. • Solid expertise in React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, Hooks, Context API, etc.). • Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SASS. • Experience with performance optimization and responsive design. • Hands-on experience with CI/CD and cloud-based environments. • Proven experience leading or mentoring other engineers. • Excellent communication skills and at least upper-intermediate English. • Nice to have: Familiarity with Next.js, GraphQL, or other modern frameworks. • Nice to have: Experience in outsourcing or client-facing environments.
