📋 Description

• Build and maintain chatbots • Develop and structure conversational flows • Implement API integrations • Monitor and adjust bots to ensure that flows function properly • Work closely with the team on chatbot development and maintenance tasks • Support the creation and enhancement of conversational flows • Contribute to the development of efficient solutions aligned with client needs • Collaborate continuously with different business areas, transforming needs into practical solutions through automation

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of conversational flows • Knowledge of API integration • Experience developing and/or maintaining chatbots • Knowledge of developing and structuring conversational flows • Knowledge of integrating with and consuming REST APIs • Experience communicating with clients or users to understand requirements, answer questions, or provide support related to technical solutions • Undergraduate degree or technical education (as listed in the posting data)
