📋 Description

• Work with customers to deploy and support robotic fleets in the warehouse • Provide detailed training to customer teams onsite • This is a remote role, candidates must be able to work onsite at multiple customer sites throughout the United States • Able to travel on short notice up to 80% of the time within the designated region for site inspections and repairs • Commission, test, and debug robotic systems, remotely troubleshooting with the engineering team as needed • Conduct routine and incident maintenance for our robot fleet • Provide timely repairs and decrease the time our robots are out of production • Maintain records of service calls, training, and expenses • Study technical manuals and attend training sessions provided by engineers • Provide support for root cause analysis for major incidents in the field • Report on critical team metrics such as mean time to repair and first contact resolution rate

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of troubleshooting and debugging experience with robotics, industrial automation, or similar mechatronics industries — especially mobile robotics • Experience with basic system administration and network configuration • Experience with relational databases and SQL • Experience reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, system block diagrams, circuit schematics, and engineering manuals • Experience with Google Workspace applications, especially Sheets
