• Manage, maintain, and optimize GTM containers across environments. • Implement, test, and deploy tags, triggers, and variables for campaigns and product analytics. • Enforce consistent naming conventions, documentation, and version control. • Maintain and optimize GA4 implementation, including events, conversions, audiences, and enhanced measurements. • Oversee Mixpanel tracking setup: product analytics roadmap, event documentation, GTM integration. • Build dashboards, validate data accuracy, and ensure consistency across analytics platforms. • Configure and manage pixels across all platforms (Meta CAPI, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, X). • Ensure precise event mapping and support server-side integrations where required. • Troubleshoot attribution discrepancies and ensure event firing accuracy across channels. • Manage and monitor the MMP integration (Adjust). • Manage event and attribute mapping to ensure seamless data flows into MoEngage. • Debug tracking gaps and support real-time triggers, journeys, segmentation, and automation logic. • Assist the growth team with journey design, event definitions, and lifecycle automation improvements. • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across the entire MarTech stack. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including event specs, GTM schemas, pixel setups, and tracking SOPs. • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to implement backend events and advanced tracking requirements.
• 3+ years of experience in MarTech, growth analytics, or technical marketing roles. • Strong hands-on experience with GTM, GA4, CAPI, and Mixpanel. • Experience with CRM and automation platforms (MoEngage is a major plus). • Solid understanding of tracking taxonomies, browser DevTools, debugging methodologies, and attribution logic. • Experience in fintech or high-volume performance marketing environments is highly preferred.
