• Design, customize, and enhance Service Cloud and FSL components, including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling Policies, and Mobile flows. • Develop scalable Apex classes, triggers, LWC, and API integrations to support complex service processes. • Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and best-practice declarative tools to optimize case and field service operations. • Collaborate with BA, Admin, and Tech teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. • Configure and optimize FSL dispatcher console, mobile app functionality, and scheduling rules for efficient workforce management. • Ensure code quality, perform unit testing, and support deployment through CI/CD pipelines. • Troubleshoot production issues, maintain documentation, and ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices and governance limits.
